On my way to the Domaine de Sarson - located near the old town of Orange - I ran into massive traffic jams in the middle of a heatwave.

The "Autoroute du Soleil" (Highway of the Sun) certainly lived up to its name !

The journey took three and a half hours instead of the planned two.

Fortunately, I was still ahead of schedule!

Upon arriving at the magnificent estate - after a day that had started with a bit of stress and fatigue - I found the wedding guests enjoying the pool, playing ping-pong, and playing cards...

I also realized that the secular ceremony setup wasn't ready, the reception tables weren't set, and the DJ hadn't arrived yet...

Nothing seemed ready with only two hours to go before the wedding!

And yet, a collective effort kicked in, allowing everything necessary to be prepared within the allotted time! And it was a success !

Kudos to the bride and groom and their guests ! :)

It was an exceptionally hot day.

However, a wedding photographer must know how to give their all, regardless of the conditions.

After all, you spent months meticulously planning this unique event.

It is my responsibility to give the very best of myself !

During this wedding, for the first time, I was responsible for directing a second photographer: Fanny.

Her role was twofold: creating content and behind-the-scenes footage for me, while also capturing photos from complementary angles.

After all, even if I run fast, I can't be in two places at once !
